Best Price Guarantee

Here at Maxrite®, we endeavour to offer customers the best prices guarantee on items every day.

If you happen to find a cheaper price on an item held in stock by an Australian authorized dealer, we will match that price (“Best Prices”), that is our guarantee (subject to the following Terms & Conditions).

How to Request Best Prices

In order to receive the Best Prices, you can either visit one of our store locations or contact us online with a copy of the advertisement or website link showing the cheaper price (“Proof of Price”). We will verify the details provided and as long as the Proof of Price is correct and the Terms and Conditions below are met, you will receive the Best Prices on that item.

Terms & Conditions:

To be eligible, the following Terms and Conditions must be met: 

  • The Proof of Price (i.e. advertisement or website link) must be provided prior to purchase. 
  • The Proof of Price must be from an Australian authorised genuine dealer (‘the Competitor’).
  • The Competitor’s Item must be identical (i.e. brand, colour and model number).
  • The Competitor’s Item must be stocked at the Competitor. 
  • The Best Prices will only be provided on one (1) item at a time.  
  • If delivery is required, the item may incur delivery costs.

Exclusions:

The following exclusions apply:

  • Proof of Price from auctions, stock liquidations, fire sales and marketplaces (including but not limited to Ebay, Amazon, Gumtree) will not be considered.
  • Proof of Price on items in large commercial/trade quantities will not be considered. 
  • Special Order Items or Non-stock items will not be considered. 
  • Items on promotion (including credit or rewards items). Our staff reserve the right to provide you either Best Prices for the item or the item on promotion. You cannot receive both.
  • Where the Proof of Price shown is conditional, or a price determined after the allowance of any amount for, or is part of a promotion involving, financing, installation, delivery, bundlings, cash back offer, free or rewards offer, trade discount, stock clearance or any limited quantity promotion; 
  • Where the Proof of Price shown is offered under a promotion with a third party (including, but not limited to, promotions with newspapers, exhibitions or other special events); 
  • Where the Proof of Price shown is not available to the general public; 
  • Where the Proof of Price shown has been discounted by the competitor by use of coupons, loyalty rewards, redemption of frequent flyer miles or similar and other offers or incentives to reduce the total cost; 
  • Where the Proof of Price shown has been discounted by the competitor on the basis that the item is a display stock only, end of line, seconds, refurbished/repaired lines, ex demo, limited quantity, clearance, trade or factory seconds, second hand or similar; 
  • Where the Proof of Price shown is the result of an error by the competitor;
  • Where a credit is already being offered on Makita, Dewalt, Milwaukee or Ingco during the brands related roadshow or sale event; and 
  • To resellers.

Maxrite® reserve the right to terminate or amend the price guarantee policy at any time without notice.
